1. Acceptable Use Policies are given to new students during the registration process in January.
    • The office should copy each grade level's signature sheet in specific colors for identification purposes.
    • New adds after registration should receive a signature sheet copied on white paper for identification purposes.
  2. Office/Advancement collects signed and returned AUPs and delivers sheets to HelpDesk.
  3. Help Desk keeps a record of received and not received AUPs.
    • Help Desk contacts Advancement House for list of non-returning students for following school year.
    • Help Desk contacts students who have not returned AUPs for the following school year.
    • Help Desk will collect the computers of students who ARE returning and who HAVE NOT returned an AUP at the end of the school year.
